Cancellation: Cancellations will be accepted in writing until 23:59 (GMT), Friday 10 March, 2017 until which time a 70% refund will be given. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 23:59 (GMT), Friday 10 March, 2017.
Grants and bursaries: Grants and bursaries are available for student members to cover a substantial proportion of the meeting or travel costs. This will be awarded by the societies on a first come first served basis.
BSCB Honor Fell / Company of Biologists Travel Awards - You must complete and submit your online registration form BEFORE applying for the travel award as you will need a copy of your registration confirmation when you apply.
BSDB Conference Grants - To apply for a conference grant please complete the application form found on the BSDB website. You are NOT required to register for the conference first.
Genetics Society Junior Scientist Conference Grants - Applications should be submitted before the deadline of the meeting. The grants available are to contribute to travel and essential overnight accommodation costs. Please note that the deadline to apply for the Genetics Society Conference Grants is Monday 27 February, 2017.
The deadline to apply for a grant or bursary is Friday 27 January, 2017.
